For a perennial plant species found mostly in North America and eastern Asia, one would not expect less from Ginseng. It thrives w l in cool climate, probably because of how “cool" it is. DIY homemade ginseng mask recipes
1. Ginseng powder mask
- 1 ginseng powder tea bags
- 1 cup boiled water
- Cotton ball
- Mixing bowl
Dissolve the tea bag in the hot water. Leave the mixture at room temperature until it cools. Soak the cotton ball with the tea. Apply gently all over your face. Leave it on all day or wash off with warm water and apply your favorite moisturizer.
2. Milk powder and ginseng root mask
- 1 tablespoon Milk powder
- 2 tablespoons ginseng powder
- 1 tablespoon Warm water
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to form a thick paste. Apply using a cotton ball gently on your face. Leave it for maximum 10 minutes to dry. Rinse off with warm water and apply moisturizer.
3. Turmeric lemon and ginseng mask
- 2 tablespoons ginseng
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- A tablespoon lemon juice
Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Apply gently on skin and leave to dry for maximum 5 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
