If you want to stay in deep sleep throughout the night without worries, try a Worry-free Meditation before bed. It takes as little as 5 minutes, and it is not as hard as you think:
- Listen to some relaxing music - download the sleeping music app from your mobile phone.
- Prepare the worry-free aromatherapy recipe.
- Find the most comfortable position or meditation postures.
- Let's start:
00:00 - 00:30 | Close your eyes and relax for 15 seconds. |
00:30 - 01:00 | Take some extra time to free up your mind, try to leave the mind in a "blank" mode. |
01:00 - 04:00 | Inhale* and Exhale** exercise (focus on your breathing) for 3-4 minute |
** Exhale slowly & deeply through the mouth - Breathe out

- Vetiver contains a sweet, earthy and woody scent, its grounding properties which can help providing a calming and grounding effect on emotions. It means it is great as a sleeping support. The aroma can create a peaceful, comfortable sleeping environment.
- Bergamot is a decent relaxant which can calm nerves, lesson nervous tension, and help decrease pressure, and prompted restlessness.

- 3 drops of Vetiver essential oil
- 2 drops of Bergamot essential oil
- 2 drops of Sacred Sandalwood essential oil
- 2 drops of Stress Away essential oil
* This aromatherapy recipes proportions to an electronics diffuser that contains approximately 180ml of water (about ¾ cup of water) or dilution of 10-20% of total essential oils with 80-90% of vegetable oils (V6)
